At Morning Dew Farm we're always adding new vegetables to the mix with the goal of providing you with coloful, unique varities for your table. 

Our focus is specialty salad greens that are the standard at many stores and restuarants in the area. 

Visit us at market or join the CSA and you'll find we're growing much more than lettuces, however.  We have excellent carrots, flavorful herbs and sweet crisp broccoli. At any given week in the spring, summer or fall we're growing a palate of interesting produce you won't find anywhere else. 

Our experience working with chefs encourages us to seek out vegetables and varieties  that stand out in flavor and appearance. Often what starts out as a small batch planting for a restaurant client impresses us enough to grow for a larger audience. CSA members enjoy chantenay carrots, padron peppers, lemon cucumbers, Aunt Ruby's tomatoes, winter luxury pumpkins and much more.
